The studio uses this information to respond, discuss availability and arrange services. Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in messages.
Client galleries and public portfolio
Client galleries contain photographs, videos and related event details. Access can depend on account or gallery-link permissions. Keep private access links and login details confidential. Published portfolio events are visible to website visitors. Contact the studio if you have a concern about an image or would like its public display reviewed.
Service providers
The website uses hosting and database services to operate enquiries and galleries. Google Drive stores uploaded media. When the administrator uses Google Translation, selected event text and captions are sent to Google to generate translations. Opening WhatsApp or Instagram uses those providers’ services. Embedded Google Maps may receive connection information, such as your IP address, when loaded. These providers have their own privacy policies.
Cookies and browser storage
Authentication uses session cookies. The website stores language preferences in your browser. Where enabled and allowed by the website’s analytics controls, analytics may record interactions. Blocking cookies or clearing browser storage can affect sign-in and saved preferences.
Retention and deletion
Enquiry and gallery information can remain in the studio’s systems until it is removed or no longer needed for the relevant service or applicable recordkeeping. Removing portfolio media from the website does not automatically delete its original Google Drive file. For a deletion request, specify whether it concerns public display, a client gallery or the original stored files. The studio may need to verify your identity or authority before acting.
Your choices and requests
Contact the studio to request correction or deletion of information, raise a privacy concern, or ask about its use. If your request concerns someone else’s event, provide enough details for the studio to identify the material and assess your authority. Do not send passwords or private access tokens in your request.
